SOEE

SOEE is an integrated software solution for supporting the power distribution billing system. The solution includes a consistent keeping of register books of buyers/consumers, measuring posts, measuring devices, the organization of consumption readouts activities, implementation of measures towards buyers, and generating a wide range of statements/reports.

The integrated software solution is conceived based on the following modules:

Security and protection

Data protection from unauthorized access has been carried out through a developed system of roles providing for a precise control of access rights for each individual operator and officer in charge, depending on the specific role he performs in the SOEE system.
Managing these rights is carried out at the database server level, while access control is carried out at the server level as well as at the client level.
The system is supplied with its own module for creating backup data copies, based on standard Oracle backup mechanisms.
