Solutions per request

An increasing number of companies practice the use of application solution per request in order to harmonize the information system with their business goals, or increase their productivity and competitiveness. Basic functionalities:

  • Receipt of various types of data from on citizens claims various sources (banks, ministries, PIO/MIO)
  • Application of statistical methods in data analysis, in order to provide the participants in the management with data correctness evaluation
  • Registration of initial citizens claims in the claims process
  • Issuance of certificates and support for the certificates distribution
  • Keeping track of all changes in the privatization process certificate turnover
  • Reporting to the government on the privatization process status
  • Source of information for investment funds

Project features:
In the process of preparing software to support the privatization process, it was necessary to abide by the requests of the commissioning entity USAID PWD and meet the expectations of other participants in managing and executing the privatization process (FBiH Government, ZPP&ZAP), which was the biggest challenge to the realization of this project.

Technical details:

  • Based on UnixWare 7 & Oracle 8 fail-safe platform
  • Software created using Oracle Designer / Developer tools
  • Software was installed on more than 100 locations/branch offices of ZAP/ZPP where certificate turnover was conducted.
