CReDO

CReDO represents application software for the creation and maintenance of a civil registry, for processing issuance requests, and the creation and maintenance of a document registry. It consists of two main and complex components:

• Civil Registry (CR) – registry of the populatio
• Document Registry (DO) – registry of requests for the issuance of personal documents

Document Registry (DO) – registry of requests for the issuance of personal documents.

What CReDO is not:

Document print-out system

CReDO collects, processes and keeps all the necessary data, through its standard interface exchange, when necessary, with (optional) print-out system (personalization) of personal documents, without human intervention, (for the sake of security and credibility of the issued document)

Identification system

CReDO takes over identification data (signature, picture and fingerprint), stores them and processes them within the comprehensive process of issuing personal documents.

• Possesses efficient tools against abuses in the process of issuing personal documents
• Provides comprehensive support in processing requests and issuing personal documents, with significantly increased efficiency and substantial error reduction (whether deliberate or not)
• Increases the credibility of issued documents

CReDO is implemented according to the following organizational structure:

• Centralized databases, administration of the right to access and us
• Regional administrative center
• Local (municipal-level) office in charge of issuing documents
