Ping d.o.o. as an HP GOLD Preferred Partner, CISCO Premier Partner and Microsoft Certified Partner provides services of maintenance and support according to the world standards, which includes short response time, quality support and specialist support.
PING d.o.o. has an ISO 9001:2000 certificate. All relevant procedures, including the servicing procedure, are described in detail in our QMS documents. In order to be able to provide our maintenance and support services as professionally as possible, we have been using the Call management application solution, which contributes to the greater efficiency and effectiveness of our service activities. Maintenance and support services include the maintenance of hardware and network equipment, as well as application solutions implemented with the clients..
Certain privileges for maintenance and support services are defined by contract, as follows:
- End-user sends a request for intervention by placing a phone call, sending an e-mail or fax message
- Response time of the maintenance service as defined by contract (from 4 to 48 hours)
- Driver download is possible through the manufacturer web site
- PING d.o.o. will provide the user with relevant information via e-mail or letters
- PING d.o.o. provides its many users with the possibility of replacing a defunct product with another functionally similar product pending repair
- Help desk for reporting all irregularities is open and available every working day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
