PING Obtains three ISO Certifications

Since our company was founded more than 25 years ago, we have always placed particular emphasis on quality, doing everything in our power to establish and develop the highest standards in software design and development, project management, engineering, and service delivery.
Over the years, PING’s Quality Management System and Information Security Management System have been aligned with the international ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. In December of this year, we additionally confirmed that our Service Management System is in compliance with the ISO 20000 standard.
The scope of certification is ‘Design, development, installation, and maintenance of computer, software, and network systems,’ which essentially encompasses our entire business. Through ISO 9001 certification, we affirm our compliance with both primary processes and support activities, thereby ensuring the development and implementation of solutions that meet client requirements, as well as high standards in project management. This year, we decided to pursue and successfully obtained ISO 20000 certification for service management. By integrating it with our existing systems, we manage the full-service lifecycle—covering planning, design, transition, delivery, and continual improvement—with the ultimate goal of fulfilling contractual obligations and delivering value to our clients. Our Information Security Management System, aligned with ISO 27000, is woven into all processes to ensure information security is considered at every stage—from the design and execution of business processes to the delivery and control of solutions and services.
