Product Delivery Manager

Your Role
The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful execution of deliveries and the continuous delivery of software solutions to clients in line with their requirements. The role combines competencies in project management, business analysis, and product development coordination, with the goal of ensuring that business requirements are properly defined, implemented, and delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysing client business processes and requirements
- Participating in client meetings to define and clarify requirements
- Preparing and maintaining functional specifications
- Defining development requirements
- Coordinating and monitoring the fulfilment of user requests, CRs, and functional product changes in collaboration with all stakeholders in the process
- Functional validation of solutions in collaboration with the QA team
- Managing user expectations regarding functionalities, scope, priorities, and request fulfilment
- Collaborating with product managers, project managers, development teams, the QA team, and sales
- Contributing to the improvement of existing products and business processes
What We Expect from You
- University degree (economics, technical, IT, or a related field)
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, information system implementation, project coordination, or client-facing roles
- Experience working with enterprise information systems
- Experience in the banking sector or with financial information systems is an advantage
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to model them
- Experience in writing functional specifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate between business and technical teams
- Analytical mindset, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to work
Nice to Have
- Experience with requirement management, documentation, and collaboration tools used with development teams (Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.)
- Experience working with enterprise clients, particularly commercial banks
- Familiarity with UAT and QA processes
- Active command of the English language
