Our hiring process usually consists of four steps: application, HR interview, technical task or interview, and feedback with an offer if we are a match. The process is designed to be clear and transparent.

Our projects are primarily with local clients in Bosnia and Herzegovina, so travel is minimal and usually related to client meetings or team building trips.

The level of client contact depends on the role. Our developers are not directly in touch with clients, that communication is handled by project managers and business analysts. This way we ensure development teams remain fully focused on creating high-quality solutions, while specialized teams take care of client needs and requirements.

Unlike outsourcing companies, we develop and maintain our own products. This means our teams work on complete solutions, from concept to implementation, with the opportunity to follow the long-term development of the product, improve it, and directly influence its quality. In this way, we create a stable working environment, provide diverse challenges, and enable employees to see the tangible results of their work.
