Our product, ABIS (Advanced Banking Information System), is a core banking solution that has been developed for over 25 years and is actively used in the banking sector. What We Expect
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers)
- Experience in database modelling for complex systems
- Understanding of performance optimisation (queries, indexing, caching)
- Knowledge of database security (access control, encryption)
- Experience with data migrations
- Understanding of underlying business processes
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Experience with tools such as Oracle SQL Developer, Toad, or similar
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Oracle Developer tools (Forms/Reports)
- Experience with integrations (WSO2, Oracle SOA)
Your Responsibilities
- Development and optimisation of solutions supporting banking operations
- Database modelling for complex business processes
- Writing and optimising SQL queries and PL/SQL code
- Monitoring and improving system performance
- Working on both legacy and new system components
- Participating in data migrations and system integrations
- Collaborating with other teams
- Documenting technical solutions
