Successful Implementation of our Digital Banking Platform for ProCredit
Following several months of preparation, testing, and close collaboration between the teams at ProCredit Bank and PING, the ELBA Digital Banking Platform has successfully gone live.
The project included adapting the platform to the bank’s business processes, customer journeys, system integrations, and functional requirements that support the day-to-day delivery of digital banking services. The objective was to deliver a solution tailored to the way ProCredit Bank operates and serves its customers.
“The implementation of our online and mobile banking platform is a significant milestone for the Bank, as we are strategically focused on the continuous development and enhancement of our digital channels, one of the key pillars of our service offering. Collaboration throughout the project was excellent. We had the opportunity to work with a dedicated, agile, and highly responsive team that demonstrated flexibility and a strong commitment to addressing our requirements and business needs. We believe this project provides a solid foundation for our continued partnership. We look forward to working together on further expanding platform capabilities and enhancing the customer experience in line with our clients’ needs and the Bank’s strategic objectives.”
said Lejla Jusić, Director of Digitalization and Development at ProCredit Bank.
Although every ELBA implementation is built on the same technological foundation, no two implementations are identical. Each bank has its own operational processes, priorities, and customer expectations. For this reason, the platform was carefully customized throughout the project to align with ProCredit Bank’s specific business requirements and operating model.
“The implementation of the online and mobile banking platform was a complex project that required a high level of coordination, a deep understanding of the Bank’s requirements, and the ability to adapt to evolving market expectations. Throughout the project, our focus was on delivering a reliable, secure, and future-proof solution that enables end users to enjoy a simpler and more efficient digital banking experience. Open communication and strong collaboration among all project teams played a crucial role in the successful delivery of the implementation. Through our joint efforts, we developed a platform that not only meets the Bank’s current business needs but also provides a strong foundation for the continued evolution of its digital services. We believe the implemented solution represents an important step in the Bank’s digital transformation journey and creates opportunities for introducing new capabilities in the future.”
said Amila Sarić, Product Manager at PING.
The ELBA platform has been implemented on an architecture designed to support continuous development and the gradual introduction of new features and integrations. This approach enables the Bank to further enhance its digital services in line with evolving business requirements and customer expectations.
The successful go-live marks another important milestone in the partnership between ProCredit Bank and PING. We would like to thank the ProCredit Bank team for their trust, professionalism, and collaboration throughout every phase of the project. We look forward to continuing our joint efforts in advancing digital banking services together.
