Terms of Use for Service Desk Portal

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the PING Service Desk Portal, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, as well as all other applicable policies (including the Privacy Policy).
Purpose of the Portal
The portal is intended exclusively for:
- Reporting incidents and technical issues;
- Submitting requests for functional or system support;
- Tracking the status of submitted tickets;
- Communicating with the support team.
Any other use, including promotional or unauthorized activities, is strictly prohibited.
User Rights and Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Access the portal only with their authorized account;
- Not share passwords or access credentials with other persons;
- Enter accurate, relevant, and lawful information;
- Not upload malicious software, viruses, or similar threats;
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, systems, or tickets belonging to others.
Confidentiality and Security
All data exchanged through the portal is considered confidential. The user agrees to:
- Not disclose or share confidential information with third parties;
- Comply with the company’s trade secret protection policy;
- Not enter personal or sensitive data unless explicitly necessary, and only with the prior consent of authorized representatives under the Agreement between PING d.o.o. Sarajevo and the user’s employer.
Disclaimer of Liability
The service provider:
- Does not guarantee uninterrupted portal availability and reserves the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance purposes;
- Shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of the portal;
- May suspend a user account in case of violation of these Terms.
Logging and Monitoring
All portal activities are logged and may be subject to security and audit review. The service provider reserves the right to monitor and analyze activities to ensure system integrity.
Amendments to the Terms
These Terms may be amended from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes through the portal. Continued use of the portal after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
